Pathologist

The Pathologist is friendly and efficient. He is obviously very experienced. I am in and out with no problems at all.The clinic can be busy at opening time so going mid morning is probably the best time to go.

After waiting 3 months since I Purchased the Platinum Test which was about $750 I have to share the disappointing experience/service received. Had two parts to complete which were Blood test and Gut test. 1. Blood test was good and was done fast in a week, the lady at QML at reception was making comments that alot of the blood tests could be requested by my doctors for free which I did know already which if you got a good doctor that can spend the time will do what the app does and break the results down. Thinking there was value the app and getting someone to review the blood tests results it felt very generic review by the doctor which they tell you to go to a GP anyway. Overall experience with blood test was ok. 2. With the gut test this was a nightmare as i was emailing back and forth the people that do the testing for the gut and I screen. To confirm I screen dont do any testing as they outsource this so you actually could just go directly if you wanted if you have a referral. The gut test company had a closing period of 3 weeks and emailed I screen about my concerns but they would tell me to send the samples saying they spoken to the lab but this was flat out incorrect. I didnt want to fight over it or send my gut samples only have to do it again so I had to wait 3 weeks during the closure period so between blood and gut test there was 5 week wait. I was very frustrated with miss communication and incorrect information as it should be their responsibility to know about closures. Overall with the gut test I would not use I screen at all. Other issues found is the app has a constant bug where I have to force close it down to reopen and last with the gut test you have to pay additional $50 to have someone give information on the test as they just provide you with the results with no review. In summery for this test the cost vs the service it was not worth it at all. If it was not for the xmas period and the unhelpful staff I would be incline to say 4/5 but after seeing how I can get my own tests done direct I would find someone if you have the gp/referrals to do it. I would only recommend use them for simple blood tests and avoid blowing away $750 on the Platinum Test. I emailed them to pass on my feedback of experience but even after a fortnight they never replied back.

Unprofessional , disgusting service. it was my blood test today . I want to tell about one nurse in Maddington clinical lab. I have to go to blood test for my ivf. when ever she sees me she rolled her eyes and make faces on me . I dont understand why.I spoke with her very politely . on my last visited she gave me bruises she put needle in so inhuman way. i ignored it last time. I got blood test other places no one unprofessional like her. today she again rolled her eyes on me and put needle in my vein and playing with it. moving needle inside me and she was enjoying it.she did not put needle in clear vein that i can see. I start screaming with pain but she did not say sorry and just leave with attitude call second nurse after finished her amusement. She was moving her hand like she just want to make scratches or damaging my veins. it was nightmare for me. if you are from overseas please dont go to clinical lab in Maddington. She is full of discrimination, rudeness, unprofessional, wont hesitate to hurt you.it was horrible experience for me. today is 06/09/21. Monday nearly 11 am i visited that horrible clinic. second nurse took my blood and she was understanding what is happening and trying to cover first nurse. said oh you drink less water. but she took my blood without pain and quickly.she was trying to cover her because she hear my screaming. anyway if I got any infection or any problem on my left hand vein where she scrub and scratche intentionally to pleased her psycho mind I will file case against you. no one should be treated like this

Not only a down to earth and very friendly Dr, but took the time to give me some fish keeping advise which I've taken on board. He was able to give me an answer on why my goldfish didn't make it and checked the other fish and conditions. Haven't had a casualty since (that was a year ago). Got some fish for my son, started with a little 36L tank, Dr Loh gave me the confidence to upgrade to a 180L. Also found his YouTube videos informative. I highly recommend Dr Loh and will call on him again if needed.

We arrived at 9.30, and got into the queue. When we have our turn by 10.50 the receptionist misleads us saying the computer isn't working and she forwarded us to another clinic. After that, she closed the pathology right in front of us. When we reached another pathology we understood that this test takes 15 to 20 minutes, because of this and to rush home early she lied to us about computers malfunctioning.

Staff here was polite, professional and efficient.

Highly experiences and professional pathologist. Very quick process even I was on 2 hrs GTT test.

What is the point of having a number system when you do not know the number next in line? You were taking people over ones who had been waiting over 30mins and when speaking up, still taking the person in who has stayed the least amount of time all because you do not know what number you were up to. You could see by the number I was holding that six and the guy before me was five yet you still allowed the other people to go ahead!!

Very Bad experience i went today around 8 am with my Mother for blood test and The lady that served me was miserable. Received very rude remarksshe was no greetings & was very abrupt in her conversation. It really made me belittled. I don't know if they get any Behavioural training or not
