Heavily understaffed, poor service, waiting for nearly 3 hours to get helped - got to wonder about the quality of the pathology service. Avoid at all costs.

3 locations don't answer phones had to drive to 3 western diagnostic pathologies in Rockingham to do basis drug/urine test wasted nearly 2hours driving and waiting to find out only one location does this

Useless service, cannot provide you with any certification or lab result after a COVID positive result, which would be much more convenient in proving to your workplace and others you have tested positive. Definitely would not be hard for them to do, however they are too lazy and arrogant to do it, quite rude in responding to emails too. Unfortunately all the government COVID testing seems to be facilitated by Western Diagnostic Pathology too, so no chance of getting a lab result.

It was 4h30 pm and we needed to do a covid test for urgent travel. It could have been much easier for Sue to say that it was too late to help but to the contrary she asked us to come as soon as we can so she could help us. She called us to check how far away we were and she gave us all the confidence that we were going to get the test done. She even went to the extent of asking the courier to wait for the sample. It is not often one gets excellent service like Sue gave us. Keep up the good work Sue and you will get all the rewards that you deserve.

Would be fantastic if they clarified they are ONLY a respiratory clinic on google. Drove all the way there for it to be closed to most of the public. Waste of time.

Our 2 year old attended the collection centre for a blood collection today. It was quite busy with a bit of waiting. But the staff( Sue is her name) was awesome. Totally impressed how she handled my little one. Thanks a lot.

Went there once before and waited for at least 40 minutes to have blood taken and it was as if they didn't know who was next. Their number system made no sense.Second time I went there they weren't a pathology lab from 1:30 onwards and there were no Phlebotomists on site. Despite stating they're open from from 7:30-5. Useless clinic. Unorganised and unclear.

I only came to drop off my sample and wasn't sure where the drop box was. I walked up to the receptionist for help and she was extremely rude. In a place where patients are nervous about their results or not feeling well, you should not be treating them in such manners. Very disappointing.
