Western Diagnostic Pathology

I’m petrified of blood tests and I’m a ‘complicated’ case. However, this is never a problem at this clinic. The young woman who took my blood today was caring, compassionate and absolutely amazing at her job. Would never go anywhere else. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Lost my blood samples. Have no record of me ever going. Don't recommend.

I did the blood test about 2 weeks ago, and they just mess it up, put my name incorrectly which made my results disappeared.It took me an hour to call here and GP, then track my result and get it back...Think twice before you choose Park Medical GP and here to do your blood test, because it will cost your more time and they do not even feel sorry for that!

Do not use their collection point if you require an itemised invoice. Their account department will promise an invoice to be emailed to you. Yup you have to call them, and they have a manual process to apply" cleared payment using the hand written receipt no. The quoted payment to clear period is 2 weeks. Then if you happened to speak to an operator who either do not know how or have no commitment to "apply" payment other than another empty promise

Worst experience at a clinic ever. They breached confidentiality, did not adhere to hygiene and failed to make the collection. I would avoid this pathology centre at all costs! Read below for details.I was seen by a Phlebotomist who was a lady in her perhaps early 50s with blonde hair and glasses.- First issue. During my consult, another Phlebotomist walked in and started discussing in detail the pathology request of the gentleman who had been after me. I had seen this man, and I could see his pathology request and hear them talking clearly! This was completed right in front of me, and totally breaches confidentiality!- Second issue - after the first failed retrieval she took of one glove because she said she couldn't work with them on". I have had many bad experiences with blood test needles etc. So I'm always worried about getting needles done. However Western Diagnostic Pathology was fantastic. By far the best needle I have had. Little pain and professional service and I walked in and got seen straight away. I highly recommend from my experience. Thank you.

This was the 4th pathology, I tried around perth cbd to get some different bloods taken in 1 day, the ladies on went over and beyond to help me out with information and where I could get these bloods taken. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for going that little bit further then your competitors. A real stand out for me!

Waited 13 days for results and was then notified that they'd lost my sample and I'd have to go back

I went in for a blood test and the male Phleb called me in. He didn't follow proper protocol ie name dog address etc, he was very rough. When he inserted the needle and realised he missed the vein, he began moving it in and out trying to find it and hit my nerve instead. I ended up telling him to remove the needle and leaving. I wasn't prepared to let him near me again. Will never attend this clinic again. Very bad experience.

Got here 15 mins before it opened at 7am and there are 11 people ahead of me with one staff member working. Disgraceful.
