The staff are always friendly & chatty, never have trouble finding one of my veins which are notoriously bad. Have been seen to quickly most times, never a long wait.

Appalling. Came in at 330 to get a blood test done. Left after 10 minutes of being ignored by the phlebotomy who was chatting away on the phone in her room the entire time. Unfortunately had to come back at 430 because I couldn't find another place open. She sent me away because its now too late and the blood has to be spun. This is not the first time I've had issues with the same woman.

Tried twice to actually get a vein, and couldn't. Sent me away with 2 bandaids and no test results.Rude and useless

I came today for family member test. Toilet is seriously disgusting. No paper toilet . Floor was wet.

Melissa is the best phlebotomist I have ever come across.She is absolutely lovely and she always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable when getting a blood test.I wish I could give more stars.

Says they open at 7.30 but when I got there the door had a sign saying open at 8am I waited till 8.15am and still no one in sight.

Myself and my 2 kids have a Chronic disease requiring blood tests very frequently.I have been going to this practice for years and years. Every single visit. The staff are kind and caring and now feel like friends.I will not go anywhere else as they are professional and they never fail with getting blood work done.

Rude and unhelpful staff at the ocean reef centre.The admin girl walked out looked at us and walked out to the back room where proceeded sit and talk on her phone for 15. minutes before we left.

If I could give zero stars I would. I phoned to make an appointment but was told as long as I'm there before 11.30am I could just walk in. I arrived at 11.20am and was told by the receptionist to take a seat". No welcome
