My fiance attended this morning and I'm disgusted with the way she was spoken to. She was under direction by her obstetrician and the women tried to say she was incorrect. After she realized the obstetrician was correct and she was wrong, her tune changed.

The young lady who took my blood was very nice , I was a bit nervous as my veins are hard to find and usually causes me pain when i have my blood taken . However the girl was very professional and assured me that everything would be fine and it did not hurt at allThank you

My daughter went in today and the 2 ladies couldn’t find a vein. How incompetent.The ladies attempted 5 times. Then she had to go to St John of God Hospital in Mt Lawley to get Her blood taken. Thank you Mt Lawley.

I visited today and I am appalled with the lady working this afternoon. The medical reciptionist told me to go into the clinpath to get some water as my daughter needed to do a wee sample, the lady was very rude about it and as I walked out the lady was complaining to another patient about me going in.Secondly I had to go back in to the clinipath to drop the sample off. Again very rude, I told her i was in to drop the wee sample off and she says well come around here them in a foul manner. Will not be back if this is the type of staff that are working in a customer service based job.

Lovely staff and my results always come through super fast. The ladies are also really caring about ensuring I'm comfortable and picking the best arm and changing up the needle if previous test sites haven't healed enough yet.

Called to confirm they are open till 6 and let them know i would be there just after 5, drive all the way n find them gone home early... i called at 3pm????Not happy as this is the 2nd time its happened. Absolutely terrible and i wonder if your Manager knows you leave as and when you please
