I’ve gotten my blood tests taken a few times at this clinic. The staff have always been really kind and efficient. The longest I’ve had to wait in the waiting room for my turn was probably only 8 minutes. It’s normal and expected to wait 2/3 days to get your results back as the blood sample has to be picked up from a courier and sent to a lab. But you get a text straight away when your doctor has the results. I think people that have had bad experiences are the only ones that write reviews unfortunately.

Rejecting people even before the closing time just absurd. Might as well change the closing time 30mins early, don't do false advertising. Under the ACCC you are obligated to serve customer as long as the person came before the closing time. Since you have poor & slow service, I would suggest you to create an online booking system. Anyway best to avoid this place, go to the other Canning Vale Clinipath, better service & friendlier.
